Ingredients:
• 3 – medium Onions
• 3 – big Tomatoes
• 4 – Red Chillies
• salt
• A little Sugar
Method:
- Cut onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
- Grind onions, red chillies, tomatoes and salt – without adding water.
- Heat a kadai and heat 2 tsps of oil, pop the mustard seeds in it.
- Add the ground paste to it and saute for 5 min on low flame.
- Now add a little sugar and mix well.
- Serve this chutney with dosa, idly or rice.
