Ingredients:

• 3 – medium Onions
• 3 – big Tomatoes
• 4 – Red Chillies
• salt
• A little Sugar

Method:

  1. Cut onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Grind onions, red chillies, tomatoes and salt – without adding water.
  3. Heat a kadai and heat 2 tsps of oil, pop the mustard seeds in it.
  4. Add the ground paste to it and saute for 5 min on low flame.
  5. Now add a little sugar and mix well.
  6. Serve this chutney with dosa, idly or rice.
