Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – white onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 1 packet – tofu, drained and crumbled
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute chopped onions until tender.
- Add tomatoes with juice and crumbled tofu.
- Add salt, pepper and turmeric.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
