Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – white onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 1 packet – tofu, drained and crumbled
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Saute chopped onions until tender.
  3. Add tomatoes with juice and crumbled tofu.
  4. Add salt, pepper and turmeric.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
