Ingredients:

• 15 g – Cinnamon
• 10 g – Cardamom
• 10 g – Cloves
• 50 g – Cumin seed
• 10 g – Bay Leaf
• 5 g – black pepper

Method:

  1. Roast cumin seed till it becomes brown.
  2. Heat all other ingredients slightly so that they do not have any moisture.
  3. Grind together all the ingredients to a fine powder.
  4. Makes about 100 g.
