Ingredients:
• 1 cup – boiled Rice
• 1 – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – coriander, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – spring onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup – peanuts, roughly crushed
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 cup – onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds.
- Once they start to crackle, add crushed peanuts.
- Lower the flame.
- Cook till peanuts turn pink.
- Then, add onion, coriander and spring onion.
- Add turmeric and salt.
- Cook till all the ingredients become nice and tender.
- Then, add lemon juice.
- Mix this mixture with boiled rice.
