
Ingredients:
• 3 -bitter gourd (medium size)
• 1 -onion (finely chopped)
• 1 -tomato (Big) (finely chopped)
• 1/4 tsp -haldi powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp -dhania powder
• 1/4 tsp- Mustard Seeds
• 1 small bunch -coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp -sugar
• salt
• 4 tbsp -oil
• 1 glass -water
Method:
- Wash and cut the bitter gourd (remove the seeds) into small pieces, add some salt, mix them well and leave them for about 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, after they splutter, add the onions, saute well till they’re done.
- Add haldi powder, chilli powder, dhania powder and mix well.
- Wash the bitter gourd, squeeze out the water, add them and mix well. Then add about 1 glass of water and allow it to cook till it is done.
- Add salt, sugar, mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
