Ingredients:

• 400 gms – baby potatoes, washed, scrubbed, boiled
• 1/2 cup – plain Curd
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
• 3 Green chillies
• 1.5 Ginger
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 stalk Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Powder together:
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 3 Cloves
• 3 Cardamoms
• 1 stick Cinnamon

Method:

  1. Grind together green chillies and ginger to a paste.
  2. Mix together potatoes, curd, pepper, salt, ground paste.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  4. Allow to splutter.
  5. Add potato mixture and saute till oil separates.
  6. Remove from flame, mix in the powdered ingredients and serve immediately.
