
Ingredients:
• 400 gms – baby potatoes, washed, scrubbed, boiled
• 1/2 cup – plain Curd
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
• 3 Green chillies
• 1.5 Ginger
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 stalk Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Powder together:
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 3 Cloves
• 3 Cardamoms
• 1 stick Cinnamon
Method:
- Grind together green chillies and ginger to a paste.
- Mix together potatoes, curd, pepper, salt, ground paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Allow to splutter.
- Add potato mixture and saute till oil separates.
- Remove from flame, mix in the powdered ingredients and serve immediately.
