Ingredients:

• 2 cups – tied Curd
• 2 cucumbers, grated
• 2 green chillies, slit
• 2 tbsp – peanut, crushed
• 2 tsp – ground Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tbsp – coriander, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Mint leaves, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – fresh beaten Cream
• 1 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Beat curd till smooth and thick.
  2. Squeeze out water from cucumber.
  3. Heat oil, add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.
  4. Add to curd.
  5. Add all other ingredients, mix well.
  6. Chill for an hour before serving.
  7. Serve chilled with polaos, biryanis, parathas, etc.
