Ingredients:

• 100g – thick Sev
• 1 Onion- sliced
• 1 Tomato- diced
• 1 Green chilli- chopped
• 2-3 cloves- Garlic, chopped
• 1/2 tsp- Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• Coriander leaves – a small bunch

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, onion, garlic and green chillies.
  2. Cook till the onion is crisp golden brown.
  3. Now add the sev, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder.
  4. Add 1 cup of water and the tomato.
  5. Cook on a low flame till tomatoes become tender.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with tandoori roti.
