Ingredients:
• 100g – thick Sev
• 1 Onion- sliced
• 1 Tomato- diced
• 1 Green chilli- chopped
• 2-3 cloves- Garlic, chopped
• 1/2 tsp- Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• Coriander leaves – a small bunch
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, onion, garlic and green chillies.
- Cook till the onion is crisp golden brown.
- Now add the sev, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder.
- Add 1 cup of water and the tomato.
- Cook on a low flame till tomatoes become tender.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with tandoori roti.
