
Ingredients:
• Rice (cooked) – 1 cup
• Onion – 1
• Cabbage – 1/2 cup
• Carrot – 1
• Green Capsicum – 1
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Soya sauce – 2 tsps
• salt to taste
• Sprouted green gram – 1/2 cup
• To grind:
• 3 – green chillies, a little Ginger
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Saute vegetables, chilli paste for a while and add sprouted green gram.
- Add rice, salt, soya sauce and mix well.
- Heat on low flame for 2 minutes.
