
Ingredients:
• For base:
• 150g – Marie biscuits
• 50g – Butter – powdered Sugar
• For cheese cake:
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Gelatine
• 2 cups – Cottage cheese
• 2 cup – Sugar
• 1.5 cup – Strawberry crush
• 2 cups – Whipped Cream
Method:
- Grind the biscuits and powdered sugar.
- Mix in the melted butter with it and combine well.
- Make a layer of the biscuit mixture in the serving bowl.
- Put in the freezer to set.
- Add 4 tbsp of water in the gelatine and keep aside.
- Mix corn flour in milk and boil for 10 minutes or till thick; allow to cool.
- Blend together the strawberry crush and sugar, then add cottage cheese, cooled milk, whipped cream, make a smooth paste.
- Finally, add gelatine.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the serving bowl.
- Garnish with strawberries and crush.
- Refrigerate until its set.
