Ingredients:

• For base:
• 150g – Marie biscuits
• 50g – Butter – powdered Sugar
• For cheese cake:
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Gelatine
• 2 cups – Cottage cheese
• 2 cup – Sugar
• 1.5 cup – Strawberry crush
• 2 cups – Whipped Cream

Method:

  1. Grind the biscuits and powdered sugar.
  2. Mix in the melted butter with it and combine well.
  3. Make a layer of the biscuit mixture in the serving bowl.
  4. Put in the freezer to set.
  5. Add 4 tbsp of water in the gelatine and keep aside.
  6. Mix corn flour in milk and boil for 10 minutes or till thick; allow to cool.
  7. Blend together the strawberry crush and sugar, then add cottage cheese, cooled milk, whipped cream, make a smooth paste.
  8. Finally, add gelatine.
  9. Pour the strawberry mixture over the serving bowl.
  10. Garnish with strawberries and crush.
  11. Refrigerate until its set.
