Ingredients:

• 5 – eggs
• 1 cup – Maida
• 2 cups – Milk
• salt to taste
• For the stuffing
• 1 – Capsicum
• 2 – Onions
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 tsp – Garam masala, chilli, turmeric, red chilli, salt

Method:

  1. Finely beat eggs, milk and maida together and form a thin paste.
  2. Beat for almost 20 minutes.
  3. Fry all the vegetables and spices together in 2 tsp oil.
  4. Take a non-stick pan and spread the mixture of egg on it. Take one spoon oil to grease tawa.
  5. Roast on both the sides and stuff vegetables.
  6. Form a roll.
  7. Serve hot with tempting garlic sauce and chilli sauce (red).
