
Ingredients:
• 500 gms – Pork
• 2 – Onion
• 2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 3 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 – Tomatoes
• 6 – roasted Green chillies (do not cut chillies into pieces)
• Man Dhania (Eryngium Foetidum) – A few leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut and mix all the ingredients with the pork (don’t add water) and cook for 5-6 whistles.
- Sprinkle Man Dhania (Eryngium Foetidum) and serve.
