
Ingredients:
• Roasted ground nuts – 1/2 cup
• Dry red chillies, de-seeded – 5 to 6
• Garlic – 6 flakes
• Tamarind ball, size of half a Lemon
• Oil – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add dry chillies and fry till fragrant. Drain and reserve.
- In the same pan, saute garlic flakes till light brown.
- Cool and grind with roasted peanuts, tamarind and salt.
- Serve with idli or dosa.
