
Ingredients:
• Tomato slice – 60 gms
• Cheese – 60 gms
• Crushed pepper – 2 gms
• Fresh Basil – 5 gms
• Olive oil (extra virgin) – 10 ml
• Mix Lettuce – 15 gms
• Wine Vinegar – 15 ml
• Salt – 2 gms
Method:
- Marinate sliced blanched tomato in wine vinegar.
- Cut Roundels of Tomatoes and Mozzarella.
- Arrange tomato and cheese slices one by one on a plate.
- Arrange mix lettuce leaves on the side.
- Sprinkle freshly crushed black pepper, salt, broken basil leaves and olive oil.
