Ingredients:

• 250 g – ripe Tomatoes
• 10 g – soaked Raisins
• 10 g – soaked black monokka
• 10 g – soaked Dates
• 10 g – soaked Fig
• 1 tsp – boiled peas
• 1 tsp – Cashew nuts
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of Cinnamon powder
• 1 tsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Blanch the tomatoes.
  2. Remove from water and chop.
  3. Add the soaked raisins, figs, monakka, dates and crush to a fine paste in the blender.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan, add this mixture with the tomatoes, and let it cook.
  5. Add seasoning with sugar, salt and cinnamon powder.
  6. Decorate with peas and cashew nuts enjoy with roti.
