Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour (atta)
• 3 – roma tomatoes, chopped fine
• 2 Green chillies (Serrano/jalapenos), chopped
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds (jeera)
• Few sprigs – Coriander leaves (kothmir/cilantro), chopped
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Water to knead dough
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all ingredients (except oil) in a bowl and knead to a firm dough.
- Make small balls and roll into puris.
- Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
