Ingredients:
• Tondli – 1/2 kg
• Finely crushed Coconut – 4 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Spices as per taste
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Heat the crushed coconut till it is brown in colour. Keep aside.
- Cook the tondli in some oil.
- Add the heated coconut and mix it well.
- Add turmeric powder and chilli powder along with the spices as per taste.
- Add salt and sugar. Mix the vegetable properly. Cook it till well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
