Ingredients:

• Tondli – 1/2 kg
• Finely crushed Coconut – 4 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Spices as per taste
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Heat the crushed coconut till it is brown in colour. Keep aside.
  2. Cook the tondli in some oil.
  3. Add the heated coconut and mix it well.
  4. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder along with the spices as per taste.
  5. Add salt and sugar. Mix the vegetable properly. Cook it till well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
