
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Wheat flour
• 1 – ripe Mango
• 1 – Raw Mango
• 1 – bunch Coriander leaves
• 1 – Green chilli
• A pinch of salt
• 1 tsp – roasted Cumin seed powder
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Grate the raw mango.
- Remove the pulp of ripe mango.
- Add the grated mango and the pulp to the wheat flour.
- Then add the coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, salt and cumin powder.
- Knead the flour into a dough adding water if necessary and make small balls.
- Roll out balls into parathas.
- Cook on both sides applying oil.
- Sweet, sour mango paratha is ready.
