Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 – Onion
• 4 to 5 – Green chillies
• 1 big piece – Cinnamon
• 8 – Cloves
• 5 to 6 – Cardamom
• Salt to taste
• For paste:
• 8 to 10 – Badam
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper
• 8 pods – Garlic
• small piece – Ginger
Method:
- Clean and wash chicken.
- Cut the onion and cook in a little water till soft. Grind to a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, clove, cardamom, green chillies, onion paste and fry for 2min.
- Add chicken, badam paste and salt to taste.
- Mix well and let it cook in a low flame till done.
- This will be thick gravy. If you want a thin one, you can add more water and make it thin.
- Serve with naan and rotis.
