Ingredients:

• 2 cup – daliya
• 100 g – French beans, finely chopped
• 2 – medium onions, finely chopped
• 2 – ripe Tomatoes finely chopped
• 1 – medium carrot, finely chopped
• 1 bowl – spring onion, finely chopped
• 7/8 florets – Cauliflower
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 inch piece – Ginger
• 3/4 tbsp- oil
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seed
• Coriander for garnishing
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil French beans and cauliflower in a vessel and keep aside
  2. Heat another thick bottom vessel, add oil and heat for a minute
  3. Then add cumin seeds and onion
  4. Fry till the onion is light brown
  5. Add red chilli powder and stir the mixture
  6. Add all the vegetable (French beans, carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower) and stir for 3 mins
  7. Add daliya to the mixture and stir again
  8. Add one glass of water to the mixture and let it cook for 4 mins
  9. Once the daliya is cooked, add salt to taste.
  10. Garnish with coriander. Serve
