Ingredients:
• 2 cup – daliya
• 100 g – French beans, finely chopped
• 2 – medium onions, finely chopped
• 2 – ripe Tomatoes finely chopped
• 1 – medium carrot, finely chopped
• 1 bowl – spring onion, finely chopped
• 7/8 florets – Cauliflower
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 inch piece – Ginger
• 3/4 tbsp- oil
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seed
• Coriander for garnishing
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil French beans and cauliflower in a vessel and keep aside
- Heat another thick bottom vessel, add oil and heat for a minute
- Then add cumin seeds and onion
- Fry till the onion is light brown
- Add red chilli powder and stir the mixture
- Add all the vegetable (French beans, carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower) and stir for 3 mins
- Add daliya to the mixture and stir again
- Add one glass of water to the mixture and let it cook for 4 mins
- Once the daliya is cooked, add salt to taste.
- Garnish with coriander. Serve
