Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked Chickpeas
• 1/4 tsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Fennel seeds powder
• 1/4 tsp – paprika powder
• 1 – crushed Garlic pods
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Mix everything together and keep aside for half an hour.
- Arrange the mix as a single layer in a microwave safe plate and cook on high for 12-15 minutes (stir in between), don’t cook for a long they may turn hard.
- Let it sit for few minutes before arranging in an air-tight box, continue the same process with the remaining spiced chickpeas.
