Ingredients:

• 4 cups – fresh bread crumbs
• 4 tbsp – Coconut powder
• Sugar – according to taste
• 3 tbsp – desi Ghee
• Raisin – a few
• Cardamom – 1
• Cashew – a few
• Pistachio – a few.

Method:

  1. In a deep pan, fry fresh bread crumbs and coconut powder with ghee till it becomes light brown.
  2. Mix raisins and cashews.
  3. Add a little water just to soak the crumbs.
  4. Then add ghee and sugar and let it fry.
  5. Pour in a serving bowl.
  6. Garnish with cardamom and pistachio.
  7. Serve.
