Ingredients:

• 1 Cup – plain flour (atta)
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt To taste
• 2 tsp – ajwain seeds
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Water For kneading
• Oil For deep frying

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except oil for deep-frying.
  2. Add water little by little and make a soft dough.
  3. Cover and keep for 10 minutes.
  4. Break into small portions and make it like a puri.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the puris one by one (till lightly brown).
