
Ingredients:
• 500 g – finely ground Carrots
• 500 g – shelled Green peas
• 250 g – small prawns, shelled and deveined
• 1 tbsp – ground Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 5 – red chillies, powdered
• 3 – green chillies, minced
• a few sprigs Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat 4 tbsps. oil and add prawns and fry till dry and brown.
- Put in vegetables, salt, sugar and all the spices and little water.
- Cover tightly and cook over a slow fire till the prawns and vegetables are cooked and dry.
- Remove from fire and serve garnished with minced green chillies and sprigs of coriander leaves.
