
Ingredients:
• 2 – leftover chapattis, broken into small pieces
• 2 – egg, lightly beaten
• 1/2 cup – onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – green chilli, minced
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion and green chillies
- Stir in the coriander leaves
- Now add the chapatti pieces, eggs, salt and pepper
- Stir well and cook till the eggs set
- Serve hot
