
Ingredients:
• 50 g – semolina
• 200 g – all purpose flour
• 150 g – Butter or Ghee
• 150 g – Sugar powder
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• Milk as needed
• 50 g – Cashew nut powder
• 1/2 cup – Almond
Method:
- Mix butter and sugar till sugar dissolves.
- To this blend all purpose flour, semolina, baking powder and baking soda.
- Now add cashew nut powder and milk, knead to make soft dough.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Make small or big round balls, press with palm and place an almond in centre of each cookie.
- Arrange on a greased baking tray with a gap between the cookies and bake at 150 degree for 20 min.
