
Ingredients:
• 3 – Egg
• 2 – onions, ground
• 8 – garlic, ground
• Whole Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 4 – Green chillies, slit
• 1/2 cup – chopped Tomatoes
• 3 tbsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/4 cup – Cream
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Hard boil eggs, cool and cut into halves
- Heat ghee, fry egg halves lightly and remove
- In the same ghee, put whole garam masala.
- Then fry onion and garlic paste together. Add tomatoes.
- When the ghee starts separating, put slit green chillies, chilli powder and salt.
- Pour milk. Now add the fried eggs, when it boils, turn off the gas and put the cream. Serve hot with rice or chapattis.
