Ingredients:

• Grated Carrots – 1 cup
• Milk – 1 cup
• Sugar – 3/4 cup
• Ghee – 4 tbsp
• Cardamom Powder – as required
• Chopped almonds, Cashew nuts
• Coconut powder – as needed

Method:

  1. Mix grated carrots, sugar, and milk and then cook.
  2. When it thickens, add ghee and coconut powder. When the mixture leaves the side of pan, add cashews and almonds.
  3. Spread it in a greased plate and sprinkle over cardamom powder.
