Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – moong dhal
• 4 – Red Chilli broken into bits
• 1/4 kg – green beans
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 6 – Curry leaves
• 2 tsp – oil
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Chop the beans into fine pieces.
- Cook the beans and moong dhal with the turmeric powder and salt in a little water till the beans are tender.
- Heat the oil in a suitable pan and add mustard seeds.
- When it splutters, add the curry leaves and broken red chilli and fry till the chilli turn slightly dark.
- Now add the cooked beans and dhal and stir fry for a few minutes.
- Serve.
