Ingredients:
• 2 cups – button Mushrooms (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 1/4 cup – frozen Methi leaves
• 1 – Onion (big and chopped)
• 1 tsp – Fennel seeds (crushed)
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Heat enough oil, fry the crushed fennel seeds and saute the chopped onions along with ginger-garlic paste with salt.
- Add the chopped mushrooms, green peas and saute everything for a few minutes.
- Add frozen methi leaves, saute again everything for a few more minutes.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, cook everything on sim (sprinkle some water if needed) until the vegetables are cooked.
