Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Potatoes
• salt to taste
Method:
- Parboil the potatoes. Add salt while boiling.
- Strain the water out immediately after par boiling the potatoes.
- When they cool down, peel the potatoes.
- Cut into thin wafers.
- Arrange them in a polyethylene sheet or on a thali.
- Dry them in direct sunlight.
- Fry wafers in oil when required.
