Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – Pasta
• 3 – Garlic Clove
• 2 tbsp – Olive or sesame oil
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• Salt as per taste
• Sauces- Chinese cooking wine, chilli sauce, tomato, peri peri, Garlic sauce
• 2 to 3 tbsp – sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tsp – light soya sauce
• Vegetables
• 1 – large Carrot
• 1/3 cup – spring onions, chopped
• Few tbsp – Green peas
• 1/4 cup – bell peppers

Method:

  1. Mix the sauces with 2 tbsp water and set aside.
  2. Add pasta to boiling water and cook till al dente.
  3. Drain and rinse in cold water and set aside to drain.
  4. Heat a pan with oil, add garlic and saute for a minute
  5. Add white part of the spring onions, fry for a while.
  6. Add all the vegetables except green parts of the spring onions. Sprinkle salt and fry on medium high heat till all the vegetables are cooked.
  7. Add green parts of the spring onion.
  8. Add pasta and pour sauces and fry till the pasta warms up.
  9. Sprinkle some grated cheese.
