Ingredients:

• 1 cup – semolina, coarse
• 3 tbsps – Curd
• 1 – small onion, finely chopped
• 1 – green chilli, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
• Pinch – cooking soda

Method:

  1. Mix semolina, curd and make into a paste not too thick and not too thin.
  2. Now put the onions, chillies and salt along with a pinch of cooking soda.
  3. If the mix is too thin, you can add a bit of rice flour.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan, drop small balls of the paste into the oil and fry till the pakodas are golden brown in colour.
  5. Drain and serve them hot with chilli sauce.
