Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Plums (without skin and seed)
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice.
Method:
- Chop the plums and mix with the sugar in a microwave safe bowl. Cook it on high for 30 minutes (stir twice in between).
- Then add the lemon juice and cook again for 10 minutes until the jam turns glossy and is a bit watery.
- Now keep aside and let it cool completely.
- Then fill the jam in sterile bottles.
- Serve on toasted bread or pancakes.
