Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg- Sweet Potato
• 1/4 cup -sabudana flour
• 1/4 cup -arrowroot
• 1 cup -ghee
• 1 tbsp -cashew nut, almond, powdered
• 1 tsp- Cardamom powder
• Milk
• 1 cup -ghee
• 2 cups- Sugar for syrup
• Rose petals for garnishing
Method:
- Boil sweet potatoes, peel and mash.
- Add saabudhana flour, arrowroot, powdered cashew nuts, almonds, and cardamom powder.
- Knead well with a little milk.
- Make a sugar syrup with water and sugar.
- Shape the above mixture into a pedha .
- Fry in ghee and add to the sugar syrup.
- Serve garnished with rose petals.
