
Ingredients:
• Paneer – 250 g
• Onion – 2 medium, cut into square pieces
• Green chilly – 3
• Ginger – 1 inch piece, cut round
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
• Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
• Kaskas – 1 tsp
• Water – 1.5 cup
• Coconut Milk – 1 cup
• Green peas – 1/4 cup
• Paneer – 1 cup
• A bunch – Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Add onion, green chillies, ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kaskas, red chilly powder and water to a hot pan.
- When cooked, cool and grind it into a paste.
- To the hot pan, add the paste.
- Add to it green peas, paneer and salt to taste.
- Add coconut milk when the curry boils .
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
