Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Curd
• 300 g – Sugar
• 10 to 12 – crushed strawberries
• 2 – 3 drops – Strawberry essence
• 1/2 tbsp – Almond crushed

Method:

  1. Tie curd in a clean muslin cloth overnight(6-7 hours). Take into a bowl, add sugar and mix.
  2. Keep aside for 25-30 mins to allow sugar to dissolve.
  3. Beat well till sugar has fully dissolved into curd.
  4. Pass through a big holed strong strainer, pressing with hand or spatula.
  5. Add crushed strawberries and essence.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Empty into a glass serving bowl, top with almonds.
  8. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
