
Ingredients:
• For grinding: 250 g – shrimps
• 250 g – minced Chicken
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• 25 g – kishmish
• 1 tbsp – flour
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tbsp each – chopped Green chillies and chopped Coriander leaves
• For the gravy: 1 – medium-sized potato, cubed
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – chilli paste
• 100 g – oil
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients to be ground and grind coarsely.
- Make balls with the mixture and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai and fry the balls until golden brown. Keep aside.
- Fry the potatoes in the oil until golden brown.
- Add all the masalas, except the garam masala, and cook until the oil leaves the masalas.
- Add 2 cups of hot water and let the potatoes cook.
- Add the balls and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add garam masala and simmer for a little longer.
- Serve with rice.
