Ingredients:
• 1 cup – seedless black Grapes
• 1 cup – seedless green Grapes
• 1/2 cup – dates, chopped
• 2 Orange Carrots
• 2 pink Carrots
• 1 Apple
• 3 tbsp – walnuts, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Raisins
• Chaat masala to taste
• For dressing:
• 1/2 cup – Orange juice
• 3 tbsp – chopped Mint leaves
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – mustard powder
• salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Peel and coarsely grate the carrots.
- Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
- Core and dice the apple.
- Combine with grapes, dates, raisins, walnuts and chaat Masala.
- Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
- Combine all the ingredients for dressing together.
- To serve, arrange the grated carrots on a serving plate.
- Spread the fruit mixture over it and pour the dressing on top.
