Ingredients:
• 1 can – Mixed beans
• 2-3 tsp – Crushed Peanuts
• 1 tsp – Soya sauce
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard sauce
• 2 tsp – Dried mixed herbs
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Drain the mixed beans from the can and keep aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add the mixed beans along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Toss it quickly to retain the crunchiness and remove from the heat.
- Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve as a warm salad.
