
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – besan
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 – finely cut Green chilli
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves
• 1-2 – Onions (optional)
• 2 – finely cut Tomatoes
Method:
- Take the besan in a vessel and add water to it. Make a thick batter.
- Add the red chilli powder, green finely cut chillies, salt, onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves to the batter and mix it well.
- Take a frying pan and let it heat for some time. Once heated, pour the mixture on to it and spread it to a medium size like a dosa.
- Let it cook for some time on one side before flipping it on to the other. Cook both the sides till golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup, coriander chutney or any other chutneys or ketchups.
