Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – boneless Chicken
• Marinade for chicken:
• 4 tbsp – Yoghurt
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – garlic-ginger paste
• 1.5 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• Salt
• For the gravy:
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Tomato puree
• 1/2 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Butter
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with above ingredients for 1 hour and grill for 20 minutes.
- In a pot, add butter and saute ginger-garlic paste.
- Add onion and saute till brown.
- Add tomato and tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
- Add all the spice powders and the chicken and kasuri methi.
- Adjust the salt, add milk and cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
