Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – boneless Chicken
• Marinade for chicken:
• 4 tbsp – Yoghurt
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – garlic-ginger paste
• 1.5 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• Salt
• For the gravy:
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Tomato puree
• 1/2 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with above ingredients for 1 hour and grill for 20 minutes.
  2. In a pot, add butter and saute ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Add onion and saute till brown.
  4. Add tomato and tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
  5. Add all the spice powders and the chicken and kasuri methi.
  6. Adjust the salt, add milk and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
