
Ingredients:
• 2-carrots big size
• 1 cup -gram flour
• 2 tsp-chilli powder
• 2 tsp -jeera
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Grate the carrot.
- Sprinkle the gram flour onto it and mix them without adding any water.
- Add the chilli powder, jeera and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the carrot mixture to the oil and fry well.
