Ingredients:
• 1 – big Cauliflower
• 2 – Onions
• 1 – Tomato
• 3 – green chillies, slit
• 1 tsp – dhania-jeera powder
• 1 tsp – MDH Kitchen King masala
• A few Cashew nuts
• 4 Cloves – Garlic
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• A pinch of Turmeric
Method:
- Fry big florets of the cauliflower until tender and keep aside.
- Deep fry the cashew nuts and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a vessel, add the finely chopped onions, garlic, and tomato. Fry until soft.
- Add dhania-jeera powder, Kitchen King masala, salt, turmeric, and green chillies, and fry for some time.
- Mix well with the florets, coating them with the masala.
- Remove from the flame.
- Add the fried cashew nuts and garnish with coriander leaves.
