Ingredients:

• 1 – big Cauliflower
• 2 – Onions
• 1 – Tomato
• 3 – green chillies, slit
• 1 tsp – dhania-jeera powder
• 1 tsp – MDH Kitchen King masala
• A few Cashew nuts
• 4 Cloves – Garlic
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• A pinch of Turmeric

Method:

  1. Fry big florets of the cauliflower until tender and keep aside.
  2. Deep fry the cashew nuts and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel, add the finely chopped onions, garlic, and tomato. Fry until soft.
  4. Add dhania-jeera powder, Kitchen King masala, salt, turmeric, and green chillies, and fry for some time.
  5. Mix well with the florets, coating them with the masala.
  6. Remove from the flame.
  7. Add the fried cashew nuts and garnish with coriander leaves.
