
Ingredients:
• 300 g – button Mushrooms
• 2 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 – Egg beaten
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Refined flour
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying.
Method:
- Wash the mushrooms and boil in a little water for 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Mix the mushrooms with the garlic paste, pepper powder, chilli sauce, egg, corn flour, refined flour and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the mushrooms a little at a time till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
