
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – skimmed Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 cup – ground Sugar
• 4 tsp – pure Ghee
• 1 sheet – Vark
Method:
- Knead the flour with milk till it is soft.
- Make two thick chapatis and lightly roast; apply ghee so that it doesn’t dry.
- Now tear these chapatis and when they cool, grind them with fennel seeds and cardamom powder.
- Add powdered sugar, and mix them properly with hand till it is smooth.
- Make ladoos and apply a little vark on each piece. Serve.
