
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – any glucose biscuits
• 2 tsp – coffee powder
• 2 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 300 g – fresh Cream
• 5 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup – crushed roasted nuts
• 1 – small chocolate
• 1 – cup water
• A few – Cherries
Method:
- Beat the cream with 3 tbsp of sugar and cocoa powder till it is light and fluffy. Chill in the fridge.
- In a pan on low flame, add water, 2 tbsp sugar and coffee powder.
- Increase flame when everything dissolves well..
- Remove from flame and cool the mixture
- Dip biscuits into the above mixture and place a layer on a greased glass dish.
- Pour some of the cream and spread some roasted nuts.
- Add another layer of biscuits over it followed by cream and nuts. End with another layer of cream.
- Level it with a knife or spatula.
- Garnish with generous amount of chocolate flakes and some cherries.
- Set it in fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
- Serve chilled.
