
Ingredients:
• Urad Dal -1 cup
• Salt to taste
• Green chillies 3
• Ginger- 1/4″
• Curry leaves 4-5
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Soak the dal for 10 minutes. Drain the water and grind it in the blender with as little water as possible.
- When the batter is nice and smooth, take it out of the blender. Add salt, green chillies (chopped), ginger (grated), and curry leaves.
- You can take a small piece of plastic wrap, sprinkle some water on top, and dip your fingers in a glass of water.
- Take a small ball of the batter, spread it on the wrap as a circle, and poke a hole in the middle.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a deep dish. Deep-fry the doughnut-shaped rounds.
