Ingredients:

• 1 cup – tinned Mango pulp
• 1/2 cup – Cream cheese, low fat
• 1 cup – whipping cream, chilled

Method:

  1. Whisk together cream cheese, whipping cream and sugar.
  2. Fold gently the tinned mango pulp to the cheese-cream mixture.
  3. Pour the cream in a serving glass and refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Garnish with chocolate powder.
