Ingredients:

• 2 – Bananas
• 1 – Apple
• 1 – Orange
• 1 – Pomegranate
• 100 g – fresh Strawberry
• 1 – Lemon
• 50 g – Almonds
• 50 g – Raisin
• 50 g – Walnuts
• 2 large spoon – Honey
• small quantity of black salt
• small quantity of ground black pepper
• some leaves of mints

Method:

  1. Cut the banana, apple, strawberry and orange into small pieces, along with seeds of pomegranate.
  2. Make small pieces of almonds and walnuts.
  3. Keep the raisins in a small quantity of water for some time and add them with other fruits.
  4. Spray the honey on these items and mix them well.
  5. Cut the lemon and spray on the salad; add very small quantity of black salt and black pepper.
  6. Mix all of them very well and serve.
  7. This salad is good for memory and provides energy.
