
Ingredients:
• 2 – Bananas
• 1 – Apple
• 1 – Orange
• 1 – Pomegranate
• 100 g – fresh Strawberry
• 1 – Lemon
• 50 g – Almonds
• 50 g – Raisin
• 50 g – Walnuts
• 2 large spoon – Honey
• small quantity of black salt
• small quantity of ground black pepper
• some leaves of mints
Method:
- Cut the banana, apple, strawberry and orange into small pieces, along with seeds of pomegranate.
- Make small pieces of almonds and walnuts.
- Keep the raisins in a small quantity of water for some time and add them with other fruits.
- Spray the honey on these items and mix them well.
- Cut the lemon and spray on the salad; add very small quantity of black salt and black pepper.
- Mix all of them very well and serve.
- This salad is good for memory and provides energy.
